To support our vision of backing visionary founders to build and scale extraordinary, global companies, we are seeking a People and Culture Manager who has a keen passion in startups and tech.


About the role

Our growing team requires a self-motivated dynamic People and Culture Manager. We need an experienced and energetic professional to drive the people and culture function across Investible to be an employer of choice and support our team advancing humanity in the start up VC ecosystem.


Specific responsibilities will include:


Culture building and employee engagement – lead the development and support for the Employee Value Proposition for Investible building out an inclusive and supportive culture at Investible

Performance management – continue to build and evolve Investible’s performance management framework including our organisational competencies, goal setting, performance measurement and feedback mechanisms.

Talent development - Manage Investible’s professional development program, identifying and implementing training and development opportunities for individuals and teams in the start up ecosystem.

HRIS and HR process custodian – continue to embed and be the custodian of our HRIS which is Bamboo HR and Culture AMP, ensure Investible and our staff maximise system capability. In doing so also ensure Investible’s HR policies and procedures are fit for purpose, streamlined and

Remuneration frameworks – lead the development and maintenance of the compensation frameworks at Investible ensuring alignment to all key stakeholder expectations.

Onboarding and orientation - working with our recruitment and talent team to ensure Investible onboarding and orientation programs are industry leading.


Skills and experience:

  • 7+ years in HR roles with min +1 in a HR leadership role
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate to execution
  • Passionate about people and building highly engaged teams
  • Demonstrated ability to drive culture change in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, development management and coaching
  • Ability to adapt approach from strategic high level to granular day to day work
  • Solid experience / knowledge of Australian employment law
  • Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders, boards, owners, third party vendors and staff
  • Strong HRIS skills preferably in Bamboo HR and CultureAMP (or similar applications)
  • Bachelor's degree+ in Human Resources or related field
